We’re excited to propose a large-scale mural for the North City Parking Structure 2 (PS2) by renowned international artist Robin Rhode.
The artwork, The Hanging Gardens, features a bold blue fern pattern, bringing color, energy, and a touch of nature to an everyday urban structure.
Inspired by plants commonly found in homes, gardens, and public areas, the mural reflects resilience, growth, and the simple beauty of nature in the city. The use of blue references San Marcos’ coastal environment and open skies, creating a calm and welcoming presence.
Designed to enhance the neighborhood and contribute to a more vibrant public space, this mural is part of North City’s ongoing commitment to art, culture, and community.
