The Hill District, built by Lennar and Shea Homes, will include 600+ new for-sale townhouses, single-family homes and condos in North City, San Marcos.
The community includes unique home types, a 16-acre community park, and a large recreation center with a gym (managed by Fit) and a 1,465-square-foot pool.
