The COVID-19 pandemic has made it challenging for us to gather, to connect, and to enjoy community. Thankfully, even in the midst of a pandemic, people are finding creative ways to be together and to stave off isolation. We’re proud to be hosting a number of fun community events right here at North City, with all the appropriate COVID precautions in place.
One such event just passed: A seasonal edition of our North City Farmers Market, which was held on December 6. We were happy to see so many of you there; for those who couldn’t attend, allow us to provide a brief recap.
Big Fun at the Holiday Farmers Market

The North City Farmers Market is a staple of our community, offering a weekly bounty of local produce, artisanal products, baked goods, and much more.
For this special holiday edition, we supersized it. This Farmers Market was more than three times the size of the normal market, with 60 local vendors here! And folks from all across town came to sample seasonal sweets, do some holiday shopping, and support local growers and entrepreneurs. There were hot meals served as well as some live music; naturally, the event was totally outdoors, with proper health and safety protocols followed.

We all had a blast, and the local farmers and vendors reported to a highly successful evening. Thanks to everyone who joined us for this yuletide fun!
Coming Soon to North City
These are strange times, but we’re thankful we can still find safe, exciting ways to get together and celebrate our community. We were glad to see many of you for this incredible opportunity to enjoy the holiday season, and to shop local. Now, watch this space for further information about other events we have planned, right here at North City.
